2. Services Description

Rehv Labs provides software development services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, cloud architecture, AI/ML solutions, automation, API development, UI/UX design, and SaaS platform development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
• Consultation fees must be paid before the consultation session
• Project payments are typically structured in milestones
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All payments are processed securely through M-Pesa or other approved payment methods

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Rehv Labs or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to business plans, technical specifications, source code, and client data. This obligation survives termination of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehv Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Project Timelines

While we strive to meet agreed-upon project timelines, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including but not limited to scope changes, client feedback delays, and technical challenges. We will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work and provide reasonable assistance in transitioning the project to another provider.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
